HISTORY
In 2007 he was at the African Junior Champs where he took a silver medal and at the 2008 World Junior chaps finished 19th with a 18.28m throw. 2010 and 2012 he represented the country at the African Champs and got a bronze and a silver for that. At the World Chamos in Moscow last year he ended up in 15th place with a 19.43m put. This year Cremona has been on top of his game throwing the 2nd furthest distance in the shot put in this country and at the World Indoor Champs he took a 7th place. He has won loads of medals at different competitions and will be looking to take his first Commonwealth medal!
