Athlete tip – Pierre Vermaak

Train every day, eat healthy and often and remember, a variety of supplements is unnecessary if you eat right. Give your best and don’t let a day past without you thinking of your goals. 

If you are satisfied with 50% in training, then you must be satisfied with 50% results. You only deserve a rest day if you train at your level best every day, and no, rest is not ‘relax the whole day’, you have to take an easy jog or walk (in my case).

There is no off-season for an athlete, you train the whole year, but it’s important to live a balanced life.
