Willem What Did I learn

Consistency is key!

The aim is always to train as consistent as possible week in and week out! That is what makes all the difference in preparing for a competition and how good your level of output will be when the day comes and you want to perform at your level best.

So it’s always a good idea to keep in mind that it is better to train week in and week out the same amount of days during the building phase and follow through when in training, then to train hard for 5 or 6 days a week and the following week just manage to train 3 or 4 days.

So if you can train consistently over a period of time you will see a major improvement in your performance! I hope you youngsters out there can benefit from it and that you can put it into play!

I leave you with some final thoughts : Consistency is a trademark of a hungry champion!
