A packed field full of enourmous talented u/15 and primary athletes will line up 4 September at the KPMG Randburg Streetmile. Number 1, 2 and 3 of the SA u/16 1500m final, Nicole Louw, Keletso Senosi and Prudence Sekgadiso will be lining up in this race. Also in that SA 1500m final was Jeanne de Beer and Kirsti Bell. Sekgodisa, Meyer, Louw and Steynberg were also all in the 800m final. This is truly a packed field of the countries top u/16’s. Murat, Roux and Roelofse all being formidable Cross Country runners will be looking to use that to test the limits of the track stars come 4 September.

To choose a favorite out of this field is like picking a needle from a haystack, but Nicole Louw will surely be the lady to beat. Uncertain of her shape in the Cross Country season where she also played the best Hockey of her life, there might be a chance that AGN XC Champ Keletso Senosi will cause an upset. KPMG being the sponsor of the event will look with great intent as Michaela Murat and Chane Wilson will be attacking with the wave of blue. Talking about blue, the navy blue of EC Active Athletics club will also stand out quite vividly as they have 10 athletes in this race!! We can’t wait to see how this race pans out! Come and join us!
