Gym Motivation! Romanian deadlift to bent over row with barbell. This exercise works extremely well in targeting the glutes, hamstring and back muscles. I always enjoy my sessions with @waldoathletic as there is always something new and challenging to make sure that I well conditioned and powerful on the track. Correct technique and form are important to prevent injuries. Try it out and let me know how it feels.
